These Terms of use ("Terms") are an agreement between ArchiFlow Builder Company ("we", "us") and the office or company that creates an account on ArchiFlow Builder ("you", "the Customer"). By creating an office, starting a free trial or paying a subscription, you accept these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
1. The service
ArchiFlow Builder is an online software service for architecture and engineering offices. It helps you manage projects, clients, drawings, site work, quotes, invoices, bills of quantities, tenders, payment certificates, documents, signatures and reports, and gives your clients and contractors their own portal.
We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a main feature that you are paying for, we will tell you in advance.
2. Who can use it
- The service is for businesses and professionals, not for personal or household use.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to sign contracts.
- One subscription covers one office. You may not resell or share the service with other offices.
3. Your account and your users
- You are responsible for your account and for everyone you invite: team members, clients and contractors.
- Keep passwords private, and give access only to people who need it. Use two-step sign-in where available.
- Remove access for people who leave your office or project.
- Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Free trial
New offices get a free trial of 14 days with the features of the selected plan. No payment is needed for the trial. At the end of the trial, the office becomes read-only until you choose a plan and pay.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars, unless we show another currency. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. A new period starts the day after the current one ends.
- You pay by the methods shown on your invoice (for example bank transfer, Whish Money, OMT or cash). Your subscription is extended once we confirm that the payment arrived.
- We never charge you automatically. Each period is paid by you.
- We may change prices. A new price applies only from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before.
- Each plan has limits (team members, active projects, storage). When you reach a limit, you can upgrade or remove items. Clients and contractors are always free.
6. Late payment and read-only mode
If a renewal is not paid on time, your office keeps working for a grace period of 5 days. After that, the office becomes read-only: you and your users can still sign in, view and download everything, but cannot add or change data until you pay. We do not delete your data because a payment is late.
7. Refunds
- The free trial lets you test the service before paying, so payments are not refundable, including for unused days of a period, except where the law requires a refund.
- If we stop the service, or close your office without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the period you already paid.
8. Your content
- Everything you and your users upload or enter (projects, drawings, documents, photos, client details, prices, messages) is "your content". You own it.
- You give us permission to store, copy, process, back up and display your content only so we can provide the service to you and your users.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload your content, including personal details of your clients, contractors and staff, and that you have told them how their details are used where the law requires.
- We do not look at your content except when you ask for support, when it is needed to fix a technical problem or protect the service, or when the law requires it.
9. Professional responsibility
ArchiFlow Builder is a tool. It does not give engineering, architectural, legal, tax or financial advice.
- Cost estimates, bills of quantities, quantities, payment certificates, schedules, fee proposals, currency conversions and reports are calculated from the information you enter. You must check them before you use them or send them to anyone.
- You remain fully responsible for your designs, drawings, permits, site instructions, contracts and professional decisions.
- Digital signatures in ArchiFlow Builder record who signed, when, from which address, and a fingerprint of the document. Whether such a signature is legally valid for a specific contract or authority depends on the law and on the parties. For contracts or permits that need a formal signature, use the method the law or the authority requires.
10. Acceptable use
You and your users must not:
- break the law, or upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or contains viruses or harmful code;
- try to access another office's data, test or bypass our security, or overload the service;
- copy, resell, rent or reverse-engineer the software, or use it to build a competing product;
- send spam or misleading messages through the service.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules. Where possible, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
11. Availability and backups
We work to keep the service available and secure, and we make regular backups. However, we cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted, slow or have errors. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible. You can download a full backup of your office at any time from Settings, and we recommend keeping your own copy of important files.
12. Cancelling and closing an office
- You can stop at any time by not renewing, or by asking us at [email protected] to close your office.
- After your subscription ends, your office stays available in read-only mode for at least 60 days so you can download your data.
- After that period, or earlier if you ask us in writing, we may delete your office permanently: its database, files and backups. Before deleting an office that has not asked for it, we will send a notice to the owner's email.
- After deletion, a final backup may be kept for up to 30 days for safety, then it is erased. Deleted data cannot be recovered after that.
- We may close an office immediately for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, illegal use, or non-payment beyond the retention period.
13. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost contracts, project delays or reputational damage.
- Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that the law does not allow to be limited.
14. Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, or because you or your users broke these Terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes, we will notify the office owner by email or inside the service at least 30 days before they apply. If you continue to use the service after that date, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop before that date, and we will refund any prepaid time after it.
16. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We will first try to solve any disagreement by friendly discussion. If that is not possible within 30 days, the courts of Beirut, Lebanon will decide.
